How to Unlock The Prospecting Secret Door
If you head into the Crystal Caverns and behind the waterfall on the right, near the Aurora Pan and Divine Shovel merchant, you’ll enter a secret cave. On the wall is a panel with three engravings.
To unlock this secret door, you must find and place three minerals which match the silhouette shapes. This then opens the door for the player who submitted the minerals. Spectating players do not gain access.
The three minerals required to open the secret door are: x1 Emerald (Epic), x1 Diamond (Legendary), and x1 Starshine (Legendary).
Fortunately, once you open the door, it remains permanently open, even if you relog.
What’s Inside the Secret Room?
Inside, you’ll find two overpowered tools: the Worldshaker Pan and the Earthbreaker Shovel. Whilst these remained meta during the release of Prospecting, both have since been overshadowed by tools found on Caldera Island within the Volcano.

Are they still worth getting? That all depends on how much you’re willing to spend while bridging the gap between early, mid, and late-game. If you’re keen on getting either of them, I recommend the Worldshaker Pan, as it has incredible stats that don’t linger too far behind the next pan upgrade, the Dragonflame Pan.
As for the Earthbreaker Shovel, most players tend to focus on toughness when deciding their upgrades, so buying the Divine Shovel from within the Crystal Cavern is a much cheaper alternative, costing $40,000,000 for the same 5 Toughness stat.
